Some taste nauseating and/or have a nauseating texture imo. Such as tomatoes, I know they are a fruit, bell peppers, and zucchini assuming that is the one you do not cook. Broccoli and cauliflower are fine if they are cooked, and most veggies taste better pickled.
Bell peppers have an aftertaste of soap and a bad texture when cooked. Tomatoes can often taste like vomit, but I have had dishes where they are good like tomato soup, zucchini has one of the worst textures I have ever experienced like eating a rotten apple.
