This humble cat doesn’t fear any type of FUTA-nyah.

You have to have first had a job and paid your FUTA taxes to then be qualified for unemployment benefits. It's why you'll see the laziest dregs in our country work for 3 months, then behave awfully to get fired, collect unemployment for 1-2 months, be forced to get another job, and repeat the cycle. Unemployment benefits are not a permanent benefit but something to help you as you find another employment.
