Nah.... it's cause I had a cold and was banned from eating ice cream so I want to make me own ice cream!

I've been trying for 5 days and the closest I got was a slightly edible ice block....

You have to have a way to constantly churn the mixture you made while it is freezing. Just freezing it will make an ice block.

One of our local desserts is an ice cream ~
