Yes, but do you really expect that any dragon would willingly tell you?

(The missles themselves are ITAR-controlled, but the firing instructions are not)

1. Attach disposable launch tube to launcher.
2. Connect battery and wait 15 seconds. The battery unit also contains the coolant needed to cryogenically cool the thermal sensor in the seeker, and it needs to be cold for the next step. ONCE THE BATTERY IS LOADED, THE MISSILE MUST BE FIRED WITHIN TWO MINUTES OR THE BATTERY WILL DIE.

3. Use the sight on the launcher to locate the target. To establish a lock, sweep the sight up, down, left, and right in a cross pattern.
4. Once a lock is established, press and hold the CAGE button. This allows the sensor to track the target independently of the motion of the launcher.

5. Super-elevate the launcher (point it far higher than the target, but not so high that it loses lock) and pull the trigger to launch the missile. DANGER: BACKBLAST HAZARD.
6. Dispose of launch tube and battery; the launcher can be reused.

Don't waste your time, it won't hurt the dragon anyway.
