you mean doing line of different width? i used a 003 liner, i could pass some lines twice, what should be the criteria?
003 should only be used for really, really delicate details. I can barely see the line on your works.
Make 0.1 your standard go to instead.

Look at this cartoon/animation graphic. It looks like the line is one width, but if you look at the mouth and inner cuff lines you see that it's not always the same width. Where you want to put more weight into the line depends on your artstyle, if you have not make your own rules yet you can do artist/artstyle studies to find out what you like the most.

sadly a bit too late for that, i draw for fun, and i'll try the suggestion. my issue is that it is hard to get decent details with a 0.1 on a A4 paper, but i can always go for crayon lines so i can definitely vary the width. thanks a lot

repetition or you go bigger with the motif you want to draw
it's hard, and when you're trad you tend to go very close to the paper so you can't tell whether the line is too thick or too thin, but hear me out, if you can't see the lines or if there is no width variations visible from arm length distance then maybe you should go thicker next time.

003 is something people use for tiny art the size of a coin
