30 push ups and 30 sit-ups... Using stairs no matter which floor :)) (15th floor at max -,-)

I left my job a few weeks ago. I hated the job, and I won't miss it. But I will miss the building. It was on the third floor, so I made sure to always take the stairs. But better yet, it had a walking track on the second floor. We got two 15 minute breaks each day, and a lunch hour. So I spent both breaks and part of my lunch hour walking in a circle around that track.
