Recommendations Cyberpunk with intriguing plot, mature themes, preferable not from 1st person

I am looking for cyberpunk novels and stories with mature/sensitive themes that have intriguing plot.
Preferably from from 1st person PoV. Can be fanfiction.

I'm trying to re-write my own cyberpunk story now, and am getting fed up with it want to read something else for a change.

Not exactly cyberpunk, but it is sci-fi and I try to touch on some of the same themes.

I enjoy sci-fi as well, so will give it a try.

I just finished publishing my first cyberpunk novelette, SoulSucker, today. Seems to still be caught in limbo on ScribbleHub. It's written in first person though, and it isn't action-cyberpunk. 99% of the time when someone refers to cyberpunk, they seem to only consider video games, but cyberpunk coexists alongside many genres.
