So my question is: Are bare guy boobs (+nipples) okay to use as a cover? If not, then what if there are X-shaped nipple covers on the guy?

Not gonna laugh at this because that's a very valid question. I guess it depends on how much emphasis is defined in detail on the man's exposure.

Upload it once you create your story. Don't upload after because admin-bot is too strict; a few large skin-toned patches will result in cover rejection.

Without the nipple sticker, it's a full on detailed anime boy nipple. With the stickers, the nipples are covered, but the areolas are still peeking through xd

I'd say this, and you should mull over what I say before coming to a decision: if you have to question if this is SFW, then others will too.
