According to Steam, my most played game is Dungeon Clawler, at 731 hours. However, Skyrim might be higher, because I've played through it on both on console and PC. And Sims 4 is probably pretty high as well. And pre-Steam? I know I put a ton of hours into NES and SNES games as a kid.
