what about for the competition a new account is created and those who want to participate would have to send their novels to the account...

I've got to agree with that statement. This is like saying what we should do, but leaving it up to others to do all the work. Oh, and...

I think the same was done when announcing the SSSCs; no banners ever on the main site.

I can’t remember if there was ever a poster to advertise any competitions.
