You will poop a lot but feel way better after. If it a stiff, bloating pain then drink 2 ounces of apple cider vinegar. There will be a warm burning sensation but it will subside. Also, maybe take some ibuprofen before you do all of this.
If you can, drink some lemon tea with a slice of ginger and a spoonful of honey steeped in it. For your intestines, the ginger will help but if it is a stabbing pain, I would suggest taking some activated charcoal.
You may need to knead it more. It has to get tough before it can get easy to manipulate. If you need to, use a stand mixer with a dough hook and add flour to it in small amounts until it rides up the hook. If that doesn't work then IDK.
