It has been 24 hrs but still they havent responded. What should i do?

It gave me confirmation that it was a success. After that I simply scrolled below and saved it. Do I have to keep that page active all the time. And save only after the confirmation?

I have uploaded a cover photo once but it got rejected for obvious reasons but now I uploaded a new image (attached) but it has no response it has been 1 day and I have tried it multiple times please help me here.
