Usually you don’t have to add salt if you just use soy sauce (or mix up a sauce for the rice). Just add it little by little and taste it...

I always have at least two different bottles of low sodium soy sauce. I require it. I need it. :blob_melt:

I think the soy sause I bought is the reason it's so salty. Whack-ass Russian companies can't even make a soy sause correctly.
